1 DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coolaborating and coordinating closely with marketing and sales,managing production plans,support product innovations and management of new product

QUALIFICATIONS
* B.SC in pure and applied science,Economics or Business admin

EXPERIENCE/AGE
* Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain subprocess and not more than 35 years

KEY COMPETENCE
* Objective analytical power,learning from experience,team commitment,entrepreneurial drive,influencing others,attention to details

2 SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Evaluate risks and opportunities and contributes to creation of costed contingency plans and scenarios with the support of the finance team,Develops rough cut capacity,develops and communicates the master production schedule,understanding the inputs and components of inventory planning.

QUALIFICATION
A degree in pure science,Economics or business administration

EXPERIENCE/AGE
Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain sub process and not more than 35 years of age

* Objective analytical power,learning frond implementation relating to the experience,team commitment,entrepreneurial drive,influencing others,attention to details

3 FACTORY ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure all plants operations and equipments are maintained at an optimum level to deliver factory targets in terms of throuhput efficiency and availability of powders,ensure overall plant maintainance is managed timely and cost effectively to deliver factory improvement plans,to implement and support project team in all design.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in in Mechanical engineering

EXPERIENCE/AGE
* Minimum of 5 years experience and not more than 30 years of age
